2. DELIVERY AND DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
- The delivery of the ordered goods takes place by post or by carrier – ordered by us.
- We’re not obligated to unpack, set-up or mount.
- We’re entitled to carry out partial deliveries if it causes no extra costs to the customer.
- We reserve the right to combine several ordered items in one delivery.
- We do not offer products to undergaed persons. Persons under 18 years need the signature of their legal representative.
- Products, which are ordered in our online shop, can only be picked up by the customer when he/she has a valid official photo ID.
3. DELIVERY DEADLINES AND DELIVERY DATES
If the delivery of your ordered product is carried out by a forwarding company, we’ll agree a delivery date.
The customer agrees to accept the delivery on the agreed date.
If the customer can’t accapt the ordered products on the agreed date, we’ve the right to send it again to the customer – this means extra costs for a second delivery for the customer.
The customer doesn’t have to pay for more costs, if he/she has exercised his right of withdrawal.
