2 - A fall from your skibob |
The fall:
Before you try to use your skibob try falling
off it on the slope. This is an important step,
learning what to do in case of a fall.
There are two methods
of falling off a skibob without injury:
I) Don`t let go of
your skibob. Hold on to the handlebars and press
your thighs against
the seat. This willl help you to stop quickly.
II) If you loose
your grip on the handelbars during the fall it
is possible that you will also
get your legs entangled in the skibob. In this
case try to thow the skibob away from
yourself.

6- Jumping with a skibike |
Jumping:
To handle jumps gives you
unforgetful pleasures like carving. Jumping
possibilities, as well as length and heights are
different with every single jump. But every jump
has something in common - Skibob rider and the
skibob itself have to be in unity.
Jumping methods:
I) Sitting
on the skibob, foot skis on the snow:
It
means that the rider and the skibob are boosting
up into the air together.
II) To stay on the
foot ski:
This means that the rider jumps up with the help
of the legs simultaniously draging along the skibob
with
the hands, in order to achieve contact with bottom
- thighs and seat.
III) To
stay on the foot back with the foot skis:
At the point of jumping up into the air the foot
ski stays on the foot back.
On the verge of jumping you have to press both
legs onto the footback and
pull up the skibob with your hands.
